The dogs apparently broke out of a backyard, according to witnesses. Those witnesses said the dogs were able to jump over fences that were 6-feet high.
A 4-year-old girl was attacked by a vicious pit bull in the Bronx this past weekend, in an incident that was captured on surveillance video.
The neglected pit bulls, one male and three females, were found left alone in outside kennels in Mastic, the animal rescue group Save-A-Pet said.
“Creature” had come across Carmen Mitchell, who suffers from dementia. Mitchell was laying in the woods about a half a mile away from her Piscataway home.
