Snow-Weary N.J. Residents Ready For Summer

The National Weather Service says much of the state is in line for 4 to 8 inches of snow falling throughout the day Monday. The highest amounts are expected to be across the middle of the state with less in the northernmost and southernmost counties.

Legislators Tentatively Back Cuomo’s Plan To Do Away With LIPA

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo received tentative support from legislative leaders Monday for his plan to finally sideline the Long Island Power Authority, which has been criticized for high rates and questionable response in disasters — most infamously including Superstorm Sandy.
