Police: Speeding Ticket Issued To N.J. State Assemblyman Was Not Improper

An internal state police investigation has found that a claim that New Jersey State Assemblyman Nelson Albano (D-Vineland) was improperly issued a speeding ticket earlier this year was unfounded.
