Nassau County Police Officer Avoids Jail Time In Gun Menacing Case

A Long Island police officer who was caught on video pointing his loaded department-issued weapon at a bartender’s head during an off-duty confrontation has been sentenced to no jail time.

Nassau County Police Officer Pleads Guilty In Gun Menacing Case
