Potholes are causing problems for drivers on roads around the Tri-State area after another round of snow and sleet Tuesday night.
The accident is raising concerns in Rockland and Bergen counties, where the same cars rumble past homes and businesses just about every day.
State Police spokeswoman Trooper Alina Spies said the crash involving a tractor-trailer and an SUV happened just before 5 a.m. Friday in the northbound lanes near the Interstate 80 split.
