Tarrytown Man Pleads Not Guilty To Manslaughter For Fatal Shooting Of Girlfriend

Police said the shooting occurred Sept. 2 – Labor Day – at Eric Gaulin’s townhouse as he showed several rifles to the victim, 23-year-old Megan Bookstaver of Hicksville, Long Island.

NYPD Nets Dozens Of Guns In Brooklyn Buyback

Twenty-three semi-automatic weapons, including a fully-loaded Tec-9, were turned in Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Brownsville. There also were 31 revolvers, seven rifles and shotguns and 10 zip or starter guns.

Cops: Brooklyn Man Fires Rifle At Teens Outside Marine Park Home

Police said 30-year-old Thomas Dunikowski became embroiled in an argument with the teens that escalated into a physical altercation. They said Dunikowski returned to his home, got his rifle, and fired at the teens from his second floor window.
