‘Disgruntled’ Man Hangs Off Tappan Zee Bridge With Large ‘Rockland Executive Legislature Coverup Retaliation’ Sign

A bizarre incident took place Monday on the Tappan Zee Bridge. A man attached himself to a rope ladder and dangled from the side of the bridge with a large sign for hours.
