SPCA: Nail Driven Through Turtle Found At Sag Harbor

The Suffolk County SPCA says they found an Eastern Box Turtle with a 10 penny nail driven through it on July 5 at Sag Harbor and is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
