A shooting left one male dead early Saturday morning in the Bronx. Police responded to a 911 call of shots fired at the intersection of Cedar and Sedgwick avenues at 2:21 a.m.

A violent early morning crash in the Bronx left six police officers hurt. The officers were in the middle of a pursuit in the Tremont section of the borough just before 6 a.m. Saturday when the accident occurred.
