Yankees Place Sergio Mitre On DL With Shoulder Inflammation

The Yankees have placed reliever Sergio Mitre on the 15-day disabled list because of right shoulder inflammation. The move was made before Tuesday night’s 3-2 loss to Tampa Bay.
