Authorities have charged 34-year-old Kasia Rivera of East Orange with reckless manslaughter and unauthorized practice of medicine.

East Orange Woman Charged With Manslaughter After Alleged Fatal Penis Injection

The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday that 34-year-old Kasia Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection on May 5. He died the next day.

NY Woman Accused Of Illegal Silicone Injections

Prosecutors said Whalesca Castillo charged more than $1,000 for each round of shots. A criminal complaint filed in federal court in Manhattan said the 36-year-old Castillo does not have a medical license.
