Six Flags Says Drive-Through Safari Will Give Way To World’s Largest Theme Park In 2013

The “mega-park” will feature 13 roller coasters and two new major attractions: the Safari Off Road Adventure and the Big Wave Racer at Hurricane Harbor.

Great Adventure Shutting Down Six Flags Drive-Through Wild Safari

More than 10 million visitors have driven through the 38-year-old attraction, the company said Monday, adding the 350-acre animal sanctuary is the largest drive-through safari outside of Africa, with more than 1,200 animals from six continents.

Jackson Township Police Captain David Newman told 1010 WINS that the baboon was last seen near a golf course in Freehold, which is about 10 miles from where it was first spotted in Jackson.
