The pilot of a small, single-engine plane escaped serious injury after landing the aircraft short of its intended runway in Danbury on Thursday.
A small plane went down Saturday afternoon on the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx.
Deputy police Chief John Mannion said the set was found in a compartment in the tail section of the plane. He says there was a chip in the tea pot’s spout, but the set was otherwise intact.

Authorities said the small plane went down in a vacant lot.
