‘Smurfs’ Paint New York City Blue For Release Of New Movie

The Empire State Building will go blue for “Smurfs Week” and Columbus Circle has been transformed into a “Smurf Village” with mushroom-shaped houses and a 40-foot tall inflatable blue creature.
