New Jersey’s first public high school for students with drug and alcohol problems is open.
State Sen. Ray Lesniak’s bill would allow for direct sales until electric cars make up 4 percent of auto sales.
For the first time, people in New Jersey will be able to click a mouse or swipe a screen to gamble online.
The college athletic association said that it cannot host games in states where gambling is allowed in them. New Jersey plans to license sports betting as soon as Jan. 9.
New Jersey voters have until 8 p.m. Tuesday to elect all 120 members of the state Legislature and decide if they want to allow sports betting in the state.
