State Trooper Stabbed In Neck In Albany

Police in the state capital of Albany Sunday evening were searching for a man who stabbed a New York State trooper in the neck in the Empire State Plaza.

State Trooper Injured, Suspect Shot Near Paterson Shopping Center

Witnesses said the incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. They said they saw undercover police officers pursuing as many as 3 suspects inside a blue Lexus sedan.

Bronx Man Charged In Albany Police Standoff

Isaac Peterson was released from Albany Medical Center, where he was treated for gunshot wounds, and arraigned before Albany City Court Judge Thomas Keefe. He was sent to the county jail without bail.
