Dept. Of Justice Turns Up Heat On Suffolk PD Over Hate Crimes Against Latinos

After a two-year investigation, the Justice Department is urging the Suffolk County Police Department to change procedures for hate crime investigations involving Latinos. The feds cite the case of Marcelo Lucero.
