A 23-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run early Saturday in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn.
Marco Guardiola, 55, has been charged with DUI, driving without a license, registration or insurance and eight counts of motor vehicular assault, CBS 2’s Weijia Jiang reported.
