Doctors, Medical Crews On Scene Describe Trauma Following Boston Marathon Blasts

Dozens of people remain hospitalized following Monday afternoon’s twin bombings near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Many of those injured suffered traumatic injuries to their lower extremities.
