Agreement Could Make It Easier For Nassau County Authorities To Communicate With Residents With Limited English Speaking AbilityUnder the agreement, the department will provide all necessary interpretation and translation for crime victims, witnesses and investigation subjects. It also will try to recruit bilingual officers and make available translated materials and public notices.
