Resentence Set For NY Rabbi In Molestation Case

The ruling by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals came after Monsey rabbi Israel Weingarten was convicted of charges that he abused a daughter through much of her childhood. He was sentenced in 2009.
