As police search for the suspect involved in Friday’s shooting of a livery cab driver in Ozone Park, NYSFTD President Fernando Mateo said the driver can’t speak, but is communicating through gestures.
Fernando Mateo, President of the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers, told 1010 WINS the driver was shot four times in the right leg, twice in the left leg and once in the neck.
