Data: Con Ed 2012 Rates Highest Of Any Major U.S. Utility

The data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows that Con Ed’s 2.1 million residential customers in New York City and Westchester County paid an average of 25 cents per kilowatt hour in 2012.

Gas Prices Predicted To Drop In Tri-State Area As Summer Nears

At a time when gas prices typically rise, they are forecast to drop. “We saw the price of crude oil drop by $9 as of Monday, and that’s the highest one-week drop this year,” Robert Sinclair, Jr. of AAA said. “With it will come gasoline prices.”
