Yancy Gates was nearly perfect from the field Wednesday night, scoring a career-high 25 points and leading the 25th-ranked Bearcats to an 87-61 rout of upstart South Florida.

Moise Plancher ran for a career-high 135 yards and tackle Jacob Sims recovered the running back’s fourth-quarter fumble in the end zone, helping the Bulls beat the Scarlet Knights 28-27 on Wednesday night.
