Judge Sentences Convicted Bensonhurst Arsonist To 25 Years To Life

Daniel Ignacio, 31, was convicted last month on five counts of murder, arson and other charges for intentionally setting the 2010 blaze.

Landlords Indicted In Brooklyn Fire That Killed 5 People In 2010

The indictment charges that the tenants could not escape the fire on Jan. 30, 2010 because the owners had set up illegal partitions that blocked their way out of the building in Bensonhurst.
