A cyclist was reported in serious condition Monday after being struck by a vehicle in Hell’s Kitchen.
The recall is General Motors’ 29th this year, bringing the total number of recalled GM vehicles in the U.S. to around 13.8 million.

The suspect, whose name was not disclosed, was shot in the arm. His wound was not considered life-threatening.
Trenton Mayor Tony Mack’s city-issued Ford Expedition was towed after it was parked in a tow-away zone. The vehicle is equipped with mayor license plates and a police light.
Police said neighborhood mechanic Thomas M. Cirino, 56, of 1390 Dewey Avenue was arrested at his home Tuesday at 10 p.m. and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief.
Union County police uncovered six stolen vehicles, including two from Maryland, at a northern New Jersey warehouse. They used a GPS device to track a stolen Toyota to the Sivomar Trucking and Shipping Warehouse on Elston Street in Rahway.
