Construction Worker Killed In Hit-And-Run On Route 25A In Fort Salonga

Authorities said around 1:30 a.m. Friday, Victor Shultz, 49, was helping a co-worker load a milling machine onto a trailer on the side of Route 25A in Fort Salonga when he was struck by a dark-colored SUV.
