After a man allegedly robbed a woman after pretending to be a Good Samaritan, residents in West Harlem fear the suspect will strike again.
“Numerous challenges, depending where a boat goes down, you have currents, low visibility, you have all different kinds of debris,” said Mitch Kramer of North Shore towing.
The victims were among 27 people onboard a 34-foot Silverton yacht when it tipped over just after 10 p.m in Cold Spring Harbor Bay near Oyster Bay, authorities said.
While responding to the scene, a FDNY fire truck struck 46-year old Reginald Brown, who was riding his motorcycle. Brown was taken to Woodhull Hospital where he died.
