The victims were among 27 people onboard a 34-foot Silverton yacht when it tipped over just after 10 p.m in Cold Spring Harbor Bay near Oyster Bay, authorities said.

Teen Due In Court For Allegedly Causing Fire That Ultimately Led To Death Of Motorcyclist

While responding to the scene, a FDNY fire truck struck 46-year old Reginald Brown, who was riding his motorcycle. Brown was taken to Woodhull Hospital where he died.
