Plans Scrapped For Eatery Atop Ground Zero Tower

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said there won’t be a new Windows on the World-type restaurant at 1 World Trade Center. That dining institution sat atop one of the original twin towers prior to the 9/11 terror attacks.
