Charges against some of the bikers accused in the incident will likely be reduced and others may be offered plea deals.
Wojciech Braszczok appeared in Manhattan state Supreme Court Wednesday. He and 10 other bikers were charged with gang assault in the Sept. 29 West Side Highway incident.

Among others facing possible indictment is undercover NYPD detective Wojciech Braszczok, who is accused of being a key player in the attack.
Wojciech Braszczok was arraigned on assault, gang assault and criminal mischief charges.
