   Rick Pitino’s long and storied career is well documented, and if Louisville’s trip to the Final Four last year is any indication, the guy has still got it. In this business, there’s scarcely anyone better.

   NCAA Tournament Round Of 16: #2 Ohio State Vs. #6 Arizona

   Thad Matta is one of the more under-appreciated college coaches in Division I. Not only has he been to two Final Fours, but he has the Buckeyes in contention every year. The one year he missed the tourney? They won the NIT.

   NCAA Tournament First Round: #4 Syracuse Vs. #13 Montana

   This one is absolutely no contest. Jim Boeheim has reached three Final Fours and won a national championship (2003). He will bring his top-of-the-line acumen to the ACC next year, but for now, it’s to the big dance on behalf of the Big East.

   NCAA Tournament First Round: #2 Duke Vs. #15 Albany

   The Blue Devils suffered a tough loss in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament, but they’re still led by Coach K who has 79 wins all-time in the tourney and has made 11 Final Fours.

   NCAA Tournament First Round: #8 UNC Vs. #9 Villanova

   Roy Williams has led Kansas and North Carolina teams to seven Final Fours and won two NCAA championships. His résumé is as strong as any coach in college basketball today.

   NCAA Tournament First Round: #6 UCLA Vs. #11 Minnesota

   Ben Howland has a distinguished career, highlighted by three trips to the Final Four, but his status is up in the air at UCLA, as athletic director Dan Guerrero has given him no public assurances.
