Make sure to follow the red Carpe Donut truck so you can find out where to stock up on their apple cider donuts. This delicious doughy morsel is tender and steamy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. Plus, it's dusted with cinnamon sugar and infused with apple cider - the perfect winter treat! Warm up with a nice cup of cioccollata, an Italian style hot chocolate, or fresh mulled hot cider. Once it gets warmer, you definitely have to try their donut ice cream sandwiches. Okay, The Green Radish isn't technically a dessert truck but it does serve up awesome treats for the vegan eater. Grab a Daily Five Dollar Shake after lunch or nibble on their Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. Chocoholics can also bite into their decadent Raw Chocolate-Almond Tart while those who are looking for a Gluten-Free option can stock up on their Peanut Butter Cookies. You might just want to get a side of Baked & Grilled Rosemary Fries to-go. Because sweet and salty go hand in hand, right? Find out where this Jersey City-based truck is at @thegreenradish1.

Track down The Treats Truck when you're having a serious sugar craving. They have everything from freshly baked cookies and pies to cake squares and brownies. Our favorite item is definitely the Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes – a frosted cupcake tucked inside an actual ice cream cone. And don't forget the PB&J Sandwich Cookie, a sweet dessert version of the American classic. Keep your eye out for Twitter updates because owner Kim Ima occasionally has cookie decorating kits on hand so you can personalize your order. Make sure to follow them @TheTreatsTruck.

Milk Truck is known for its grilled cheese masterpieces (hello Bacon Cheddar Blue) but their milkshakes are another reason to track down the truck. First of all, they're only $5.25 and they're made with custom blend small batch ice cream. Choose from three delicious flavors including Tahitian & Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, or Crushed Malted Ball. Find them at the Brooklyn Flea as well as all around town. Follow them at @milktrucknyc to find out where they're parked next.
