You've got to try the Spice Trade Mule at The Wayland. This $11 cocktail is made with vodka, lemon and lime, ginger, cinnamon syrup, and Angostura bitters and served over so many little pellets of ice that it could almost be called a slushy. Well, an adult version anyway. It's the perfect blend of sweet and sour with just the right amount of punch from the cinnamon and bitters. Order up some oysters and enjoy the live music. We have a feeling you'll be staying a while.
