For the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes, Sirio Ristorante at The Pierre will be offering this Italian feast on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This 4-course prix fixe for $95 per guest includes pan seared sardines with black trumpet mushrooms and Parmesan foam and seared wild striped bass with green peas and cuttlefish sauce. The dishes show off the simple elegance that the Maccioni family is famous for and the command of seasonal ingredients and innovative recipes that Chef Massimo Bebber brings to the table.
