The Bradford Method was started in New York City by former professional dancer and Pilates instructor Shonda Bradford, focusing on the needs of individual clients in the comfort of one-on-one sessions. Shonda is the first and only owner of the Garuda in the U.S., a special piece of equipment used to strengthen and train her clients for serious results. Combining traditional pilates, dance and her own techniques, Shonda will have you working muscles you didn't realize you could reach. This East Hampton studio is her first space where she'll be teaching small group sessions of the Bradford Method as well as an upbeat "Barre Class with a Bounce" for an all around fun cardio workout with mini trampolines.
