The Barclays Premier League is underway and soccer fans in New York City are setting their alarms a bit earlier to catch the action. Watching European football in a bar atmosphere with like-minded devotees only adds to the spectating enjoyment. But which places open early enough for scheduled broadcasts from across the pond?
