Thousands of runners will be hitting the pavement on Sunday, Nov. 6 for the iconic New York City Marathon. That's a lot of mouths to feed. Luckily, New York City is filled with plenty of restaurants to help them carb up before the big day. Here are our top picks for restaurants serving up pasta dishes with the runner in mind. Brooklynites who are running the marathon can head to Faro the night before the big run for a variety of seasonal pasta dishes. Chef and owner Kevin Adey is serving up eight different pastas that are prepared with grains milled in-house for maximum freshness.
