Everyone knows how good Clinton Street Baking Company's pancakes are but did you know about their mouthwatering freshly baked pies? Place your holiday order for their classic Pumpkin Butterscotch ($27), made with custard-like pumpkin filling, melted butterscotch, and their signature house crust. Their traditional Apple Crumble ($27 and nut free) doesn't disappoint either thanks to the sweet blend of organic sweet and tart farm apples with buttery brown sugared oat streusel crumb topping. The rich Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie ($28) is a great option for those looking for pie that can be served either hot or cold. Made with Rio Grande organic pecans, Kentucky bourbon, and organic NY State maple syrup, it's hard to go wrong with this one. Your guests will surely devour each bite. If you're short on a side, opt for their flaky Mini Buttermilk Biscuits (one dozen for $10, two dozen for $18, three dozen for $25). Order online now through Tuesday, Nov. 24 at noon. Pies must be picked up by 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25. Walk-ins welcome until the last pies sell.

Just when you thought nothing could get better than the cronut or the cookie shot, Dominiquen Ansel has done it again with his seasonal pies. Choose from either the rich Bourbon Pecan Pie or the Silky Pumpkin Pie options -- both $42/each. The first is made from whole roasted pecans that are doused in Bourbon and lightly seasoned with Maldon sea salt. The classic pumpkin is subtle and smooth thanks to it being thrice-passed through a sieve for that extra silky texture. It's lightly seasoned with a touch of spice and served in a vanilla pastry shell (but make sure to ask about his signature gingerbread pie crust). Each pie is 8 inches and serves 6-8 people. Pre-orders are available now through Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving Day orders must be picked up between the hours of 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.).
