TO LEARN: Located in Liberty State Park, this 300,000-square foot museum features 12 exhibition halls, 110 species in a live animal collection, the world's largest IMAX Dome Theater and a tornado-force wind simulator -- talk about endless fun! The Liberty Science Center also hosts monthly parties for adults, which includes drinks, music and laser shows. This European-style biergarten is the area's largest of its kind, and brings the brews of Germany to the Jersey City scene.
