As if we needed another reason to love Eataly, now you can pick up a delicious breakfast panini from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. All of these pressed-to-order sandwiches are made on housemade ciabatta with your choice of local eggs and meats as well as Italian salumi and formaggio. For less than $5, you can bite into the Aosta – two eggs with beefsteak tomato, thyme, and fontina Val d'Aosta DOP cheese. A few bucks more will get you the Parma or Firenze panini. The first is made with two eggs with prosciutto Cotto and fontina Val d'Aosta DOP cheese while the second comes with two eggs, house-made Hampshire pork and sage sausage and Sini Fulvi Cacio de Roma cheese. Finally, if you'd like a non-egg option, definitely try the New York PLT – Nodine's uncured pancetta, wild arugula, beefsteak tomato, and house-made aioli. Pair your meal with a fresh cup of Lavazza espresso and make your way out before you buy everything else in the store.
