Beverage Director Greg Majors has created The Patriot to sip this Fourth of July at Craft. Tito’s vodka, crème yvette, fresh blueberries, cracked black pepper and fresh lemon make for a sweet seasonal cocktail. Pair with something light from their fresh raw bar to celebrate the summer or go all out and order one of their meals for two, like the Roasted and Braised Suckling Pig.

BLT Steak and BLT Fish have created two festive cocktails for our national holiday. The “Red, White and Blueberry Spiked Lemonade” features muddled raspberries and blueberries, gin, lemon sour mix, triple sec and a splash of water for a refreshing sip of summer. The “Peach Patriot” combines Jack Daniel’s, peach liqueur, lemon juice and unsweetened iced tea shaken and poured into a glass. These strong cocktails offer a fun twist on classic American ingredients to cheers to July 4th.

One of our favorite bars near Central Park is offering a sweet and creamy cocktail this Fourth of July. Stoli Vanilla, Bailey’s Irish Crème, Half & Half, over 20 muddled blueberries, a splash of Simple Syrup, a dash of cinnamon powder and cinnamon stick finish off the Blueberry Scone at Whiskey Park. Enjoy stunning views of the park or hit the pool table with your crew for a fun Upper West Side celebration.
