NYC's 5 Best Restaurants For Mardi Gras 2013 Dinner

This New Orleans-inspired venue is offering a Mardi Gras prix fixe option. Start with Gumbo, followed by a "Taste of New Orleans" dish, featuring Collard Greens, Crawfish Etouffée, Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage, Jambalaya and Potato Salad. Finish this hearty meal off with thieir King Cake Bread Pudding for a true Fat Tuesday celebration. While you dine, enjoy Au Privave Jazz Quartet from 8-11 p.m.

For a chic Mardi Gras party hosted by some true Francophiles, head to L'Amant in the West Village. This French colonial-style cocktail lounge and restaurant will host a February 12th bash complete with masks, beads, and a specialty cocktail made with white rum, lime, honey, and sparkling wine.

Beginning at 5pm, enjoy festive music, fun giveaways and a $20 all-you-can-eat Cajun buffet. Fatten up at Bourbon Street this Tuesday!

Enjoy a $35 Prix Fixe Menu with unlimited Hurricanes, Bud/Bud Light Draft and Well Drinks for 2 Hours starting at 8pm on Tuesday at four of Brother Jimmy's NYC locations. Choose from Cajun Shrimp, Fried Okra or Rib Tips to start. Entrée options include Po' Boy (Catfish, Chick or Shrimp), Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Sandwich (all served with a side of fries).
