Two Course Chocolate Tasting, The Chocolate Room
Executive Chef Carmine Arroyo will be creating a Two Course Chocolate Tasting to enjoy on Valentine’s Day. Start with a Valrhona Jivara Mouse with Riesling Caramel Roasted Strawberries then bite inte a Dark Chocolate Passionfruit Truffle rolled in Gingersnap. These indulgent chocolate treats will be paired with a sparkling Riesling. This day of love special will be available from noon to 11pm.
