Sweet Afton not only offers some eclectic beers on tap (which rotate regularly), but they also have a fine list of specialty cocktails - and a sweet selection of burgers. Grab yourself a shot of their tea-infused vodka, or their spearmint infused rum, to accompany your pint. Don't forget to try the beer battered fried McClure's Brooklyn Pickles.

Grab a mug of beer and a link of sausage at neighborhood staple Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden. According to their website, this haunt is NYC. The spot offers a cozy indoor area for the cooler-weather months. If you get the chance, do visit during the warmer months to enjoy their expansive outdoor garden.

At Sunswick 3535 Bar, you can choose from their list of 25 draught beers, one of the best selections around. Tuesday night is cocktail night, where you can enjoy $1 off brews. Add in some house-made blue corn tortilla chips and some sliders, and your evening will be complete.

The Quays Pub is an Irish pub with friendly staff and cold beers. Mosey on up to the bar and order a pint of Guinness and a shot of Jameson, and you'll transported to the Temple Bar neighborhood of Dublin, where you'll really feel like a local. Although they don't serve food, what they do serve is hospitality, a necessary and important quality in any eating and drinking establishment.

Every day between 4 and 9 p.m., you can order a bucket of 5 beers for $15 at Club 21 Bar & Lounge. There's a free buffet on Tuesdays starting at 5 p.m., and Thursdays are a real treat with $3 beers. The one special we're keen on is their Wednesday beer and shot special: their beer of the day served with a shot of Dewar's White Label or 12yr old blended scotch whisky for $7. With all of these specials, you really can't go wrong.
