Get ready for Carol Barnett's The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass tonight at Carnegie Hall. This exciting performance features quintet Monroe Crossing with the Masterworks Festival Chorus and New York City Chamber Orchestra. But that's not all – they are joined by the New York Wind Symphony, featuring auphonium player SFC Jason Ham of the West Point Band. Get your tickets to see the show tonight at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $20-$110.

Celebrate The National Jazz Museum in Harlem tonight with a special benefit concert featuring three-time Grammy Award winner Dee Dee Bridgewater. Plenty of special guests will also be performing tonight including NJMH Artistic Director-at-Large, Jonathan Batiste. Watch tonight's honorees Lisa Staiano-Coico and McCoy Tyner receive the Jazz and Community Leadership Award and the Legends of Jazz Award, respectively. Tickets start at $20 and benefit begins at 7:30 p.m.

Grammy winning singer-songwriter Dan Wilson will pull back the curtain on the art and practice of songwriting. This running group meets on the porch of Lefferts Historic House and is taught by expert fitness instructors who know how to make fitness fun! Tonight's group run combines jogging, walking, and conditioning exercises to get you in shape for long distance running. Class will be held outdoors, rain or shine so come prepared. Class starts at 7 p.m.
