Hurricane Arthur Impacts Fourth Of July Beach Plans
So while the average swimmer will have to be extremely careful in the waters this weekend, others went out to the beach Friday in search of some big waves courtesy of Arthur. It's the kind of weather that brings out the surfers, but for some the waves on this Fourth of July turned out to be disappointing. CBS 2's Christine Sloan reports.
