The Long Island man was finally caught after authorities say Ricky, Jr. went to police saying that his driver’s license had been suspended because of a number of traffic violations.READ MORE: Gabby Petito Foundation Holds Fundraiser On Long Island

All together, detectives believe the father used the false information to received $78,000 in loans.
