Brooklyn Superintendent Found Dead In Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Many questions surround the death of a Park Slope building superintendent whose body was found Monday morning in Queens.

Police say the 58-year-old man was found around 1:30 a.m. on Arion Road in Ozone Park with trauma to the back of his head.

EMS took the victim to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

The victim's son-in-law said the man had been drinking at a bar in Ozone Park and believes he had been robbed since the victim's wallet and jewelry were missing.

The man was last seen in a dollar van that the bartender had called. The bartender and driver of the van are being questioned by police.

Police are reviewing surveillance tape. No arrests have been made.
