NYPD Arrests Girl, 12, For Selling Drugs
NEW YORK (AP) -- New York City police say they have arrested and charged a 12-year-old girl for selling drugs in her Queens neighborhood.
Police say the girl was arrested Wednesday as a part of a larger investigation into drug dealing in Far Rockaway, Queens. Police said numerous other people were taken into custody.
Police arrested the preteen on charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal sale of marijuana.
Her name was not released because of her age.
