According to the Journal News, Bradley set up a meeting for his new landlord with top city officials shortly after moving to the address.

The allegations have some concerned. Common council member David Buchwald said he worried about White Plains.

"My vantage point has always been to try to look for whatever is in the best interest of the city of White Plains," he said.

Calls to Bradley's attorney have not been returned.

The council will meet Thursday night. They are considering hiring an attorney to deal with the ethics probe.
